Director Profile
With 20 years of experience at a logistics equipment manufacturer, 10 years at a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, and 8 years as an independent logistics consultant, I have extensive experience in logistics system design from both the provider's and user's perspectives. During this time, I studied under Professor Mutsumi Nakanishi, acquiring 15 years of logistics system consulting experience. I participated in promoting "EIQ Analysis" (designing systems directly from data) and subsequently established the Logistics Technology Institute as an independent consultant.

About Logistics Technology Institute
The Logistics Technology Institute was originally founded by my late mentor, Mr. Shin Suzuki, who guided my path in logistics. When I started my independent consulting practice, he kindly passed the trade name down to me.
While it is a profound name for an individual practice, I keep it engraved in my mind to handle every project with complete honesty and integrity to honor its legacy.
My core expertise lies in internal equipment, information, and operational systems for distribution centers. However, as an extended professional network, I cooperate with experts in hands-on logistics, general transport, and software development, bringing them into projects as required.
- Membership Guidance / Schedule: Temporarily suspended due to the development of "Tera-Calculation" and "EIQ_AI".
- Director's Blog: Temporarily suspended.
